Squash

Squash is a racquet and ball sport played by two (singles) or four players (doubles) within a four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber ball. About 20 million people play Squash in over 185 countries. The governing body of Squash, the World Squash Federation (WSF), is recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

Our School has 2 National Standard squash courts with wooden flooring.

The School provides ample opportunities to the pupils to take part at various State, IPSC and National level tournaments as a result of which every year, many students from various age categories participate at the SGFI tournaments as well.

Mr. V. Jebindran, a World Squash Federation (WSF) certified Level-1 Coach trains our pupils. Our Squash team has brought many laurels to the School and also holds a National Ranking.
