UNLEASHING POTENTIAL: THE SGFI GAMES SPECTACLE 2023
The School Games Federation of India (SGFI) serves as a platform for nurturing young talent and promoting sportsmanship among school students. Year 2023 witnessed many students from the Lawrence School, Lovedale showcasing their prowess and dedication in a myriad of sporting disciplines.
Archery Championship
13 Students(7boys and 6 Girls) from The Lawrence School, Lovedale represented IPSC at the SGFI Archery Championship held at District Sports Complex, Nadiad, Gujarat and the coaching camp at Mayo College, Ajmer, Rajasthan from 4the December 2023 to 18 December 2023.

The Archery coach of the Lawrence School, Lovedale, Mr. Alex A T, was officially appointed as Archery coach for the IPSC Team
SGFI Under-19 Boys Football
Rehan Abbas, class 11 and V K Sanjithkumar, class 12 have represented IPSC from our school at SGFI U-19 Boys held at Srinagar from 1st to 5th November 2023.
SGFI Hockey Under-14 Girls
Ariaana &Deveshi of class 7 took part at the SGFI Hockey tournament representing IPSC at Gwalior, MP from 28.12.2023 to 01.01.2024.
SGFI Hockey Under-19 Boys
Saartak Linga of class 12 represented IPSC at the SGFI U-19 Boys Hockey Championship held at BSF Campus, Jalandhar,Punjab from 7th to 11th January-24.
SGFI Badminton Under-19 Boys
Bimal Dev of class 11 represented IPSC at the SGFI U- 19 Boys Badminton Championship held at Siddhartha academy from 12th to 16th December-23.
SGFI Basketball Under-19 Girls
Two girls from our school represented the IPSC team in the SGFI Basketball tournament for U-19Girls at Mumbai from 27th to 31st January 2024.

SGFI Athletics Under-19 Boys
67th National School Games 2023-24 held at Chandrapur, Maharashtra from 26.12.2023 to 30.12.2023. Agastaya Ramaurthy of class 11 represented IPSC team at SGFI.
