One terms notice to be given in writing of any intention to remove a student, and one terms fee is payable if such notice is not given. Whilst every effort is made to inform parents about serious breaches of the Schools rules, the Headmaster has complete discretion in the imposition of sanctions, including suspension or expulsion. These sanctions may also apply in the event of non-payment of fees. A student may remain in the School so long as the Headmaster is satisfied with his or her progress. The School, however, reserves the right to expel a student whose academic progress is not up to the expected standards or on disciplinary grounds. In case of the latter, the school has a standing Disciplinary Committee, the recommendations of which are taken into consideration when deciding on expulsion. The School reserves the right to change any of its policies at any given point of time.
