Adventure Training
With the hilly terrain around the School campus, students are given
adequate opportunity for hiking and trekking. During the vacation, students
are encouraged to join various adventure camps organised by the outward-bound
club.
Social
Service Programmes
Various Social Service Programmes are organised by the School to inculcate
the value of dignity of labour, and compassion for the less fortunate
sections of society. We struggle to bring a socially compassionate atmosphere
to the School and encourage, during the afternoons, any kind of social
welfare work. We operate mainly through agencies like the Interact Club
of the Lawrence School, the Social Work Activity Group and the Round
Square International Service. Students are involved in an ongoing literacy
campaign, through which Lawrence School pupils provide voluntary teaching
for the children of the supporting staff.
